Locally our market has been strong for almost one year. From Carpinteria to Goleta we have had less than a three months supply of homes for months.. three months or less inventory marks a strong seller’s market. In that market we have sold seven homes a day, every day for months. Currently we are selling four homes a day. Inventory has grown to just over three months supply and that places our market at the beginning of a balanced market. Properties are selling at 96% of list in 44 days and an average price of $1,102k. We have lower priced homes in our market but not that many. In Goleta South, where the lower priced homes are located there is only a one months supply of homes.
