I have been giving a lot of thought to individual marketing plans for my clients. I’d like to give you more of what you want in order to help you make good long-term real estate decisions. Real estate has helped millions of individuals save money over time. Building equity for the future can be viewed as a retirement plan when you don’t have other options.
Investors like Andrew Carnegie made more money in real estate than in stock and bond markets (and this is just one example; many people have built great wealth through real estate). The intrinsic value of real estate gives options that the stock market can not, including: giving you a property as your primary residence with the ability to rent it out to others for monthly income, selling and using a 1031 Exchange to avoid capital gains, etc.
Your needs may have changed from when we first met and I want to get you the information you need now. I have the ability to send you listings as I view them. If I can save you time by video taping a walk-through of a property, I will provide that to you. I’ll be using Facebook posts to make it easier for you and your friends to follow me. Please feel free to share any suggestions on topics you’d like to see or any other types of information that might help you. I’m happy to look and see if it would be easy to take advantage of the technology that is available today.
Even though technology makes it easier to gather information, I still believe in providing a personal touch when working with all of my clients. I work hard to make deals happen and that is what I am committed to do for you and your friends. When offers are presented for buyers, I ask if I can present them in person. This allows the seller of a primary residence to get a sense of who the buyer is as well as comfort them with the knowledge that their home is going to the right person.
Please take the time to visit my Facebook page and send me your thoughts and ideas.
